Our technician attended the site and identified a fault on the backhaul service, which is causing the internet outage. This backhaul service is provided by Neo North Lakes.The building management team has been informed and will need to follow up with Telstra in order to get the issue resolved. Once the backhaul service is restored, the whole Gigafy network should come back online without requiring any further changes from our side.We will continue to keep customers updated throughout the process. However, at this stage, we do not have an estimated time of resolution.
